Return and refund policy

At myrosygifts.com, we strive to deliver fresh and beautiful gifts to make your special moments unforgettable. Due to the nature of our products (flowers, cakes, personalized gifts, perishables), we follow a limited but fair return and refund policy as outlined below.


Returns

As most of our products are personalized and perishable, we do not accept returns. However, in rare cases where your order is incorrect, damaged, or not as described, we will offer a replacement or refund.


Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The delivered item is completely wrong or does not match your order.

  • The item was damaged upon arrival (with photo proof within 2 hours of delivery).

  • The order was not delivered due to an error on our end.

  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

Note: Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Incorrect delivery address or recipient not available.

  • Late delivery due to unavoidable circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.).

  • Change of mind or incorrect product choice after order confirmation.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled up to 48 hours before the delivery time for a full refund.

  • Same-day or next-day orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

  • A refund will be processed by myrosygifts.com if the cancellation of the order is determined to be due to our inability to fulfill it.

  • Order ID

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos if applicable

We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.


Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.
